Accountant

Responsibilities:

Maintain financial accounts of a number of our clients.
Retrieve and systematize accounting documents from clients.
Produce monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
Compute monthly taxes.
Complete and/or verify tax forms.
Give financial advice.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Accounting or Finance.

Required:

Thai National need apply only.
Ability to work independently.
Fluency with Excel and Word.
Good English communication skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
Holder of a driver’s license.

Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

Compute monthly taxes and complete relevant forms.
Write, code and record payment and receipt vouchers.
Petty cash custody.
General office tasks.

Qualifications:

Degree from Commercial Institute

Required:

Fluency with Excel and Word.
Fair English communication skills.
Thai National need apply only.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
Holder of a driver’s license.

Finance & Accounting Manager

One of our clients is a foreign managed parcel delivery company with 70 staff. As a result of its rapid growth and its need for streamlining its controls and operations, the company requires an experienced finance and accounting manager. The accounts department consists of a small but expandable team of 5 people. The software in use is Peachtree Accounting for Windows Ver. 8.02 . The tuition for it was provided by European Accountants.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing financial polices and procedures.
Overseeing and controlling monthly accounting closing activities.
Preparing periodical reports statutory purposes.
Preparing periodical consolidated management reports.
Supervise the accounting team.

Qualifications:

University graduate (MA or CPA preferred) with minimum 5 years experience with a multi-national company.

Required:

Thai Nationals need apply only.
Excellent command of English.
Strong computer literacy.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
